Burger-King in Friedrichshafen

This juice shop doesn't even deserve a star! Worst Burger King in all of Germany! How can you keep such a bad shop open please ... The employees do not understand the simplest things let alone the German language. I have never seen such a disorganized fast food place. You should quit the manager at the same time, as badly as he does his job there, no one is surprised why this place is so bad.

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. The service was very aggressive and in a bad mood, there was practically no communication within the team. When we ordered a burger was missing, but there was a serving of french fries too much. In addition, a burger was almost cold as an icicle. Together with the long wait, one of my worst experiences I have ever had in a Burger King and I will visit this place again with nieces.

So in the current times you should expect that the trolleys with the trays will be cleared and cleaned regularly. Especially since there were hardly any people in the Burger King and the employees were certainly not under time pressure. The tray carts looked like they hadn't been cleared all day. Although there wasn't much going on on weekdays at 9:00 p.m., the staff was hopelessly overwhelmed. Almost 20 minutes waiting time just to take the order. Instead of one large espresso, I got two small ones (and that is how I was billed).

The intercom in the drive was broken. Then I drove up directly, wanted to order and say that the intercom was not working, unfortunately the employee could hardly speak German and was rather unfriendly "next time order up there yes". There won't be a next time.

Like any other Burger King. Unfortunately you get the food cold and when it is heated in the microwave it is accompanied by lettuce and tomato and it doesn't taste good at all. Cleanliness sometimes leaves a lot to be desired.

Today, August 2nd, 2020 at 9:00 am we have been in the "Drive in" for 20 minutes and still have 5 cars ahead of us ... With this waiting time we could have ordered something from the Italian restaurant next door. Unfortunately it is not possible for us to step out of the queue ... Absolute no go !!!

Furthermore, although there were few people, the numerous employees found it difficult to serve customers quickly and the general situation was very poor. From the photos you can see the scarce attention to cleanliness and hygiene even when the flow of people could easily allow themselves to take the time to order and clean.
